Works well but it is missing parts if you wish to broil food or bake cakes in both ovens.

The oven is working well, however, it did not come with inserts for the broiler pan. According to their user guide there are clearly documented warnings, on several different pages, that you should not use the oven in broiler mode without inserts so as to prevent fire. Also, according to the users guide when cooking layered cakes, the glide racks should be installed in position one. The oven only comes with one glide rack. The user guide recommends that you only bake layered cakes in the one oven that comes with the glide rack. If you wish to bake layered cakes in both ovens, you must purchase an additional glide rack. The bottom line is that if you wish to broil food or bake more than one layered cake you must purchase broiler inserts and a second glide rack. I feel as though Frigidaire has misrepresented their product. I believe it should clearly documented on their website that if you wish to use either oven in broiler mode that you must purchase optional broiler inserts. Similarly, if you wish to bake layer cakes in both ovens, they should also document the need to purchase optional glide racks. The reason for needing glide racks in position, one is to prevent burning on the position one with a flat rack. Glide racks are approximately 1 inch taller than flat racks. Using a flat rack in position one will burn the cake pans in position one. Attempting to broil a greasy dish without the broil insert such as bacon or skin-on chicken is much more likely to start a fire. Additional glide rack costs $159.99, and 2 broiler inserts cost $59.98 totaling $219.97.

Just getting to know our new double oven. Love the new programming and features. Performance is still under evaluation. Seems to get a little hotter at the back of the oven than our previous Frigidaire so rotating baked goods is more critical for an even bake. The food probe does not seem to connect when plugged in so has been useless thus far but everything else has been great.

A little getting used to the way it works. Was not liking the time cooking & when it™€™s expired oven turns off. You have to reset the temp & add more minutes, extra steps that are unnecessary. Temp of oven has not heated up to the set temp. My oven thermometer shows off by 50 degrees. It is very pretty but I prefer functionality over pretty!
